Anxiety & Emotional Regulation

Anxiety can affect anyone, from children and teens to adults, often showing up as worry, tension, or difficulty managing emotions. My work focuses on helping clients understand their anxiety, recognize underlying patterns, and develop effective strategies for emotional balance. Drawing from evidence-based approaches such as CBT and DBT, I offer tools that foster calm, confidence, and self-awareness.

OCD Therapy

Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) can feel exhausting, often involving intrusive thoughts, distressing doubts, and repetitive behaviors that are difficult to stop. OCD therapy offers a structured and supportive space to understand how these patterns develop and how they affect your daily life. Together, we work with evidence-based approaches to help you respond differently to intrusive thoughts, reduce compulsive behaviors, and build greater psychological flexibility, so you can regain a sense of freedom and confidence in your life.
