Healing Methods
Therapeutic Approach
My therapeutic approach is integrative and person-centred, meaning that I adapt each session to your unique needs, goals, and pace. I draw from evidence-based methods while maintaining a warm, collaborative atmosphere where genuine connection and understanding come first.

A Personalized Way of Working
My therapeutic approach is not about fitting you into a specific model or focusing only on symptoms.
It is about understanding how your experiences, relationships, and emotional patterns make sense in your life.
Therapy with me is a space where we explore what you are going through in a way that feels grounded and relevant.
This includes looking at aspects that are often overlooked, such as how you relate to others, how you respond to difficult emotions, and, when meaningful, the role of important bonds in your life.
How I Work With You
In our work together, I help you:
• understand patterns between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors
• reduce cycles of anxiety, overthinking, and avoidance
• face fears in a gradual and supported way
• process grief and make sense of difficult experiences
• explore relationship patterns and attachment
• develop more flexibility in how you respond to emotions
• reconnect with what matters to you

Clinical Foundations
My work is informed by evidence-based approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), attachment-based frameworks, and Narrative Therapy.
These approaches guide the work, but they are adapted to fit your needs rather than applied in a rigid way.
Beyond Techniques
Therapy is not only about techniques.
What makes the work effective is how these approaches are integrated with a genuine therapeutic relationship — one where you feel understood, respected, and able to explore difficult experiences without judgment.
The goal is not only to reduce symptoms, but to help you feel more grounded, more connected, and more able to navigate your life with clarity.

Working with Anxiety and OCD
When working with anxiety and OCD, we focus on understanding how these patterns are maintained and how they can be gradually changed.
The work includes Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), a structured way of approaching fears without relying on compulsions.
This often involves learning to tolerate uncertainty, reducing compulsive patterns, and approaching fears in a structured and supported way
Relationships, Grief, and Meaningful Bonds
Relationships are central to how we experience both connection and loss.
In therapy, we may explore how your relationships — with partners, family members, or pets — shape your emotional world, your sense of safety, and your experiences of attachment and grief.
This includes making space for loss, understanding its impact, and finding ways to relate to it that feel meaningful and supportive over time.

A Space to Make Sense of Your Experience
Therapy is a space where you can allow yourself to be more open, without pressure to have everything figured out.
It is a space to be heard, to make sense of what you are going through, and to explore your experiences with care and attention.
At the same time, it is also a space for change — where you can learn new ways of responding to thoughts, emotions, and situations.
These changes are not based on what works in general or what makes sense to me, but on what feels meaningful, realistic, and sustainable for you.
