What does “Gottman-informed” mean?
At the core of the Gottman Method is the understanding that relationships are shaped by patterns of interaction. Rather than focusing on blame or judgment, the goal is to identify these patterns, understand how they develop, and gently shift them in ways that support connection and mutual understanding.
